• Procedure VAE in relooking

1 - With which addresses the VAE of advising in image?

“Any person who practiced during at least 3 years a profession, paid, nonpaid or voluntary, in connection with the object of her request, can ask for the validation of the assets of her experiment to justify whole or part of knowledge and the aptitudes required for obtaining a diploma or titrates delivered, in the name of the State, by a higher educational establishment” (L.613 article of the code of education).

To be candidate with the Validation of the Assets of the Experiment, the candidate must prove, through the constitution of a candidates' file, qu ’ it has the competences, knowledge and aptitudes required for obtaining the diploma requested.

2 – Accueil - Information

The IDRI accomodates and answers the questions of the candidate about:

≺ 1. procedure of the IDRI
≺ 2. diploma IDRI.

3 – Recevabilité of the request

After this first contact, the IDRI gives a file of pilot study (file VAE N°1) whose L’instruction gives place to an opinion reasoned on:

≺ 1. admissibility or administrative not-admissibility of the request
≺ 2. L ’ adequacy of L ’ experiment of the candidate with the level and the contents of the requested diploma.

With L ’ resulting from this instruction, the director of L ’ IDRI authorizes or not the continuation of the proceedings.

Cost: 480 € not refunded in the event of rejection of the request.

4 – Demande D ’ instruction of file VAE N°2

The candidate constitutes a file VAE which makes it possible to highlight its competences and knowledge in direct bond with the diploma concerned.

5 – No accompaniment

Phase 2: File VAE.

The candidate works out with L ’ assistance of the adviser and L ’ teacher-referent a file VAE N°2. It S ’ acts D ’ a methodological support with L ’ analyzes L ’ experiment for the construction of the bearing file on the formalization of the activities and knowledge, aptitudes and competences in bond with the diploma concerned.

6 – Evaluations and jury D ’ maintenance

The evaluations relate to the professional practice of the candidate in connection with the reference frame D ’ activities and of competences related to the diploma of L ’ IDRI.

The candidate will be received in maintenance by a jury made up from 3 to 5 professional members and the teaching director of L ’ IDRI which will evaluate on the basis of of the presented dossier, the provided documents and evaluations your knowledge, aptitudes and competences.

This jury will be able after deliberation:
≺ that is to say to entirely validate the assets and to allot the totality of the diploma,
≺ that is to say to validate the assets partially. In this case, it will come to a conclusion on the extent of the granted validation and the nature of knowledge and aptitudes having to be checked complementary.

The jury will be able to thus prescribe:

[Li] a test or setting in situation,
[Li] of work of remote setting of the gained experience, by the production of file, memory
[Li] etc …
[Li] that is to say to refuse the totality of the diploma requested.

Total cost VAE: 1980 €

7 – complementary Acquisition in the event of partial validation

In the case D ’ a partial validation, the jury of VAE prescribes with the candidate a course of further training and specifies nature and the mode D ’ acquisition as well as the methods of complementary control. Moreover, it can appoint a tutor who ensures the follow-up of the candidate throughout this course of further training in connection with the president of jury VAE.

The regulation of further training makes L ’ object D ’ a convention between the parts.
