IDRI is an Image Consultant school in France.
IDRI presently offers:
The IDRI name, with Josiane Barreau as its figurehead, was created in January 2003 by its founding patron André Barreau. Under the sole proprietorship status (2003-2005), IDRI offers professional training and continuing education for Image Consultants. For the first time in the French market place, this training incorporates coaching techniques with the Makeover techniques.

In 2006, IDRI changes status and becomes a family corporation, made-up of 2 associates:
André BARREAU: Associate with 45%
Josiane BARREAU: Associate with 55% and Manager of the corporation.

In January 2008, the Image Consultant certificate issued by IRDI is recognized by the CNCP (National Professional Certification Commission). This officialization permits the clarification and justification of the various skills related to the Image Consultant’s activities; thus validating the training program.
In March 2008, IDRI is accredited by the National Education Ministry.

4. QUALITY POLICIES
It is important to consider the student as the most precious asset of the school unit.
The unit and its team must listen attentively to their students, their demands and their true motivations.
The work organization and team management must bring a feeling of security to the students in their work.
From the start, respect of the guidelines given to the franchisees will lead to cohesion and the development of the IDRI name.

  • 5. HUMAN RESOURCES POLICIES
To attract, develop and retain the best educators for our training activities.
In order to pursue this policy, we strive to increase the skill level of our training teams. This has been possible thanks, among other things, to the network’s training activities and the pedagogic fine tuning discussed with the Training Director.
We also aim to motivate and stimulate our collaborators by encouraging their creativity and giving serious attention to their development proposals.

IDRI leaves each person involved free to manage his own personal development as he chooses, and facilitates the development of his function outside of IDRI by offering new projects or clients to its educators.

• Perform all the duties stipulated in the Franchise Agreement.

  • 9.FRANCHISE TRAINING

This training session takes place in the Head Office premises, at Puteaux in the Paris region.

The training session is made-up of 2 separate parts:
The initial theory/ practical session:
• This training is aimed at all the franchisees that do not possess the IDRI Image Consultant certificate.
