• THE “MAKEOVER” EXHIBITIONS, OUR IMAGE CONSULTING WORKSHOPS

IDRI actively participates in the development of the profession and in the development of its students’ skills.
Therefore, we offer to our students who are interested the possibility to WORK IN THE FIELD with our teams of trainers.

SOME EXAMPLES OF OUR ACTIVITIES

• In June 2008, IDRI and RICI worked at a stand at the Portes de Versailles Autonomic exhibition with 6 of their students: A pleasant experience for the persons with disabilities.

• At the Lookevolution stand, our students are helping with the Marc en Baroeul workshops.
This is an excellent opportunity to discover all about the experience of colour, makeup and style demonstrations

• Our students during a “deco” training session.

• Every month and last May, our students practice the colour tests, makeup and wardrobe counselling on models.

• Last April, IDRI celebrates its new Image Consultant certificate as well as is new facilities. On that day we welcomed our alumni as well as American and Dutch Image Consultants.

• December 2007, at Fourqueux, makeover workshops run by our students.

• In October 2007, our alumni and RICI members ran makeover workshops at the Fall Fair in Meaux (77)
Please note: the students choosing the long training program have three mandatory work placements to do in makeup, hairstyling and Image Counselling.
These placements lead to a sound experience in the field and a definite enhancement in their skills.

• Several days later, the Mode H salon, fashions suited to people with disabilities, invited us to do the makeup for a group of 8 disabled singers: A unique experience for three of our alumni.

• In April, IDRI and its apprentices were able to participate to the Lille makeover exhibition.
Workshops on colours and fashion were organized on a 45m2 stand: A great and successful experience.

• 6 of our senior trainees were able to work for a three week workshop sponsored by Wonderbra!! IDRI regularly contributes to the work development of its alumni.

• Last June 30th, a photo shooting was organized by IDRI, followed by a seminar on self-hairstyling.
We invite all our CPCI students to come and join us for this exceptional week-end.

• During each training session, our students lead makeover workshops within various organizations.
This experience provides an excellent contact with the activities in the field and a great professional feedback from our trainers.
